My back is healed

Long time haven't been writing.

The first thing i want to announce is - My back is healed!!!!!. And I don't feel dizzy anymore few weeks back as my chiropractic healed my blocked nerve in my head. :o)

No more pain after sitting down for a long time, especially my computer desk seat.

I went to EverSpring Acupuncture & Tonic Centre...the 'needles', massage and plus Chen Mei Er phyisican helping to adjust my back......all add together heals it. but it was a horrible wait of 4.5hrs...before i could get a bed, i had to wait 1.5hrs, then after the needles n massage, i waited another 1.5hrs for Chen Mei Er to come adjust my back and head..

But it is only 1 session that i was healed!!! I told her I have many visits to the chiropractic (it burnt a hole in my pocket) but i am not healed. I feel something is still wrong...but i don't know what is wrong. Immediately she said my lower spine is inflammed, and there is why I still feel pain so she prescribe some chinese medicine. Total cost 54 bucks. When I collected the medicine at the counter, i was wondering that medicine really can help meh?

I also went for Hot Yoga and Yoga Therapy in True Yoga that few days...... then few days later, i realise my back do not hurt anymore. hehee. Great! :D i dont have to waste money anymore...! Then i realise the medicine really helps!

i have to make adjustment in my lifestyle..that is:

1. Sit straight in my office especially... i am sitting down at least 8 hrs per day!

2. I need to sleep facing the ceiling. my whole life, i sleep on my side....very bad for the neck.

3. I cannot cross my legs. Do you know how hard that is? I like to cross my legs when sitting n i think it is very lady to do that.
