Bukit Batok Nature Park

8th April 2007

Roy brings me to Bukit Batok Nature Park today. The funny thing is his office is just nearby...but he graciously drive from yishun (his house) to serangoon to pick me up... i keep asking where he is bringing me to but he said it is a secret. ;o) eventually we reached near his office area at bukit batok (wa,it's quite a far distance)...and then i realise he is bringing me to Bukit Batok Nature Park. I never been here before so it is quite a refreshing experience. Not a big park but there is one area where there are many stairways... haha.. we competed on the speed running up the stairs too...fun but tiring!!

after that, we went to McDonald to eat breakfast (that Mcdonald is near Ngee Ann poly).....stayed for 1 hour eating n reading newspapers, n he drive me home. Then, he drive back to Bukit batok again as he need to go back office to work.

nice boyfriend right? cos he do not mind driving to Bukit Batok twice and driving to Serangoon twice. But he kenna a 30 bucks parking offence as he didn't put the $1 parking coupon at the bukit batok carpark.... hmm... good intention for gf ended up a 30 bucks "outing fees"... oops..

anyway.. thanks dear... so nice of u..

7th April 2007

Went to Kim's 1st month baby celebration at her yishun's home....she got two princess now..! A 2 yrs old daughter n a new borned baby girl. :o) She is a happy and busy mummy now!
my colleagues like michael, florence, steven, yean keow n her kids are there too. roy n i can't stay long...less than 1 hr and we left as we need to rush off to collect our free luggage bag at chinatown complex. i was very blur.. i forget to take the free coupon on the luggage. we made a bit of wasted trip there.

We got the free luggage bag is becoz we signed up the Star Virgo cruise for Redang on 25th april, but can only collect it at chinatown complex.

It happened 2nd time tat i m blur....last week, i asked roy to drive all the way to Downtown east as we can only book the room using the free coupon at the registration counter there, but i took the wrong coupon instead! So we ended up eating Sakae sushi there.. the food in that branch taste good.

Roy didn't get upset or angry with me on this two incidents...so nice of him right.
And oh ya, i am eagerly waiting for my star cruise to Redang!! Redang, here we come again!! We took a balcony cabin...everyone told me it is a very nice experience. U can even see sunset or sunrise!! wow! and they give you priority queue at meal time, if you are a balcony room occupant. we got free access to gym too due to this. 25th april.. faster come... faster.. can't wait..

i miss the beautiful fishes at Redang's marine park.... can't wait to go there again. But i need roy's help in snorkelling as I am probia of deep water.. hee..

6th April 2007 (Good Friday)

Went to Marche with Roy at vivocity on Good Friday.. oh gush.. the queue is so long at 7pm. i keep complaining that i do not want to queue but roy said we wait paitently as we came here for this. luckily the staff told us we can go in!! we actually are been allowed to "jump queue" in front of 20 to 30 ppl in front.. heheee. Cos they got a table which can only sit two ppl mah... roy n me are been allowed to go in first.

But the food is not nice at all.. i think the The Vill'age at HMV taste much better. I came out quite disappointed..not to mention Roy had to pay near to $40 of untasty food that we ate. The Rosli is too soft, the calamari is fried till too soft (not crispy enough)... okie the cheeze chicken sausage is nice lah...n the chicken breast is quite nice...other than that, Eee... even the mushroom crepe.. i don't find it tasty..

There are two young bitches sitting next to my table n they keep commenting on me. The calamari is very very oily mah, so i took the marche tissue to squeeze out the oil. One of the girl saw it n tell her friend....then the two bitches always turn their heads n look at my table. I feel like scolding them man. When i stand up, i keep looking at them but they are not aware. next time, don't let me see two of them again...ruin my eating experience. When we are taking new dishes to our table, they look again, damn sian! when roy n i left, one of the bitch turn her head n see again, oh gush... *pengz*.. so rude.

you will never see me eat in Marche vivocity again. To be honest, i had heard a lot of bad comments on some restaurants' food there in vivocity.

2nd April 2007 (Monday)

Roy brings me to his friend Chee Boon's wedding banquet at Swissotel Stamford's ballroom. They invite quite a no of ppl too... i think more than 30 tables. a no of the tables belongs to the groom dad's colleagues..keppel side.. haha..competitor ?

Cos all his guy friends are already married n with kids.....for the 3 plus hours there, they have teasing him non-stop when is his turn to get marry. i think he is been teased for more than 10 times... his guy friend will ask like "go downstairs to buy a xx carat ring for me".... then his buz partner will also add salt n sugar on...

aiyoh.. i sit there also feel very pai say...

two weeks before Chee Boon held this wedding banquet, a group of the guys came out for a outing nicked as Bachelor's nite (meaning: beer drinking session). they drank a lot n got knocked out the next day..most sleep till 2 or 3 pm then wake up.

and i saw how they sabo the groom n bride with alcohol at the banquet...the bride also clever lah.. drank half a cup then run off to busy with other stuffs.

alamak, i see already also scare...so many cups of alcohol for the groom!! mr roy will definitely kenna it next time.. (oh ya, it is his buz lor... i don't have to bother... *act blur).. heee..

chee boon's face turn red after that...he looks like a red carrot at the end of the session..
